Recently, a mansion made splashy headlines the world over for its record-breaking purchase. And while you might think the draw would be the $55 million that architect and developer Aldo Stark of Prestige Design Homes earned from its sale, it’s actually the abode’s opulent Ferrari-themed design that dropped jaws. Casa Maranello, as it’s so eloquently named, is not only an ode to lavish living, but to the Italian supercar maker whose identity ripples through the DNA of the 2.5- acre lakefront campus like the crimson flags flown by Ferraristi the world over.

The Prancing Horse obsession starts as soon as you pass the gates and walk by an expansive fountain at the home’s entrance. Floating on the pool-like water, a defiant horse rears on its hind legs—a life-size Ferrari logo fully manifested in bronze. Walk through the imposing front double doors to the grand salon and you’ll see a replica of one of the planet’s most valuable cars centerstage. There in the room’s pole position, a reduced scale Ferrari 250 Testarossa reminds all who enter the abode where its name was born (the Italian city being, of course, the home of Ferrari).

From that vantage, you can also catch a view of Casa Maranello’s focal point: the 12-car garage, outfitted in photos with a lust-worthy suite of gleaming Ferraris—and a lone Rolls-Royce Phantom. Unfortunately, none of these vehicles are included in the sale, but that’s OK. The glass-walled garage allows the proud owner to park his own collection for stunned onlookers to enjoy from the comforts of the living room, viewed behind glass like an adult-size Hot Wheels collection.

While Italy plays prime muse, its Douglas Elliman agency states the home was “inspired by European artistry and precision.” And that inspiration emanates not just from Italy but also Switzerland—specifically the iconic “Goldfinger Route,” aka the Swiss Alps’ Furka Pass through which Sean Connery escapes the titular Goldfinger’s goons in his Aston Martin DB5. Located in what is humbly dubbed “Billionaire’s Row” in the prestigious Stone Creek Ranch development of Delray Beach, Florida, Casa Maranello is clearly built with one focus in mind: revelry. But beyond the ample hosting capabilities of the 21,725-squarefoot mansion lies a profound ability to relax, recharge, and meditate.

Despite its hefty price tag, Casa Maranello seems not to have been imagined as a first home, but rather more of a Miami party pad. Small hints to its festive purpose abound: the 20-person Brazilian onyx dining table in the dining room, crystal chandelier-festooned high-ceilings, and a marble-lined 30-foot-long cocktail lounge dubbed the Maranello Bar all seem to suggest Casa Maranello might be more of an afters-at-mine destination for one of Magic City’s sports superstars. Perhaps the perfect pad for Tua Tagovailoa or Bam Adebayo to call home.

Should any of your new friends want to sleep over, the halfdozen bedroom suites, including a pair of primary suites, supply five-star resort levels of comfort. Each boasts walk-in closets and en-suite spa level bathrooms. For your other playmates, you can offer four well-appointed guest suites which still ensure both lavish style and privacy in case anyone should need it.

Of course there are plenty of distractions outdoors should you want to keep the party going the next day—centered around the 95-foot pool plucked directly from an Aman Resort. Most of the verdant campus looks out onto the glimmering lake, all landscaped for decadent daytime soirées. Drinks can be served from the pool cabana’s bar, which also comes equipped with a full kitchen and bathroom. Or guests can elevate the rest and recovery to the next level by indulging in the home’s insane Bulgari-inspired spa. The five-diamond wellness oasis boasts its own indoor pool, as well as a Himalayan salt room, sauna, and steam room.

If action is more your bag, Casa Maranello also entertains with its own basketball court that doubles for pickleball. There’s even a putting green and its own private soccer field. Because what would a $55-million Ferrari-dedicated mansion be without its own pitch? One amusing detail reported is that Casa Maranello was not merely paid for via cash or loan, but was partly swapped for a nearby $26 million 18,000-square-foot mansion. Like trading baseball cards, but for the G800 crowd.

A ranch fit for a cowboy king is currently on the market for $79.5 million in central Wyoming. Spanning 916,076 acres—four times the size of New York City and larger than the entire state of Rhode Island—the listing features four properties that cover four counties and 1 percent of the state. According to the New York Times, the four properties sit between the Ferris, Pedro and Green mountain ranges and comprise one of the largest working commercial cattle ranches in the Rocky Mountains.

“You could describe Pathfinder Ranch as a grazing empire,” said Scott Williams, associate broker with Swan Land Company, which represents the listing. “It’s a vast expanse of grasslands, sagebrush, river corridors, wildlife, and, simply, freedom. You’re reminded of the grit and determination of the American spirit. It still lives on here.”

A 25,000-acre property featuring the 6,579-square-foot, nine-bedroom and seven-bathroom Great Pathfinder Lodge is central to Pathfinder Ranch. “You can see Pathfinder Reservoir with the mountains in the background,” Williams said. “It offers beautiful views overlooking green meadows.”

Two Crosses also boasts the 3,556-square-foot Sand Creek Hunting Lodge, which includes six bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, seven employee houses, a riding arena, a church, and multiple shops. Meanwhile, the Wooden Rifle unit on the acreage’s eastern edge is home to Two Iron Ranch, which includes a conservation easement through a U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service agreement to protect sage grouse, a medium-size bird. “Pathfinder operates as a leased cattle and horse enterprise, supported by reliable water resources with significant pre-1904 irrigation rights and a well-established grazing program,” Swan Land Company’s listing reads.

Pathfinder’s rich history dates back to the 1870s—at the bordering Independence Rock, you can find carvings of 19th-century pioneers. It currently intersects the Pony Express and Oregon National Historic Trails The property also borders Devil’s Gate, a 370-foot-deep canyon. Though the pieces of Pathfinder Ranch were acquired in their current forms between 2005 and 2018 as potential grounds for wind farms, conservation easements restricted development.

“It’s an incredible and rare opportunity for the modern day cattle baron in the American West and it will get the attention of the upper echelon of ranch buyers,” Williams continued. “It will attract ultrahigh-net-worth individuals who want to feed the world, or someone who loves conservation and wants to have some open space and fresh air.”

Jake Paul is apparently using some of his lucrative earnings from the boxing ring to invest in luxury real estate. The social media superstar-turned-pugilist reportedly paid $39 million for the sprawling, 5,746-acre Southlands estate just south of Bainbridge, Georgia.

Paul, during an interview on the The Iced Coffee Hour podcast in June, said he has wanted to buy a ranch for the last 15 years. “It’s kind of been my dream and why I work so hard,” said Paul. He added the enormous property was “a little bit bigger than what I wanted, but when I got there, I was like, ‘I have to buy this.’”

Paul’s Georgia compound surrounds the eastern shore of Lake Seminole, just above the Florida panhandle, and was originally listed in October 2024 for $42.5 million. It’s also a “sport huntsman’s paradise with an abundance of bobwhite wild quail, turkey and whitetail deer. It also includes a 20-acre fishing pond and a 30-acre duck pond,” reports USA Today.

Paul, 28, has been raking in cash fighting former boxing and UFC stars. He reportedly earned $40 million alone for his Netflix clash with an aging Mike Tyson, 58, who was suffering health issues ahead of their listless encounter in November 2024. He also currently stars with his brother Logan Paul, a fellow social media maven and pro wrestler, in the HBO Max reality series Paul American.

Over the weekend, Paul earned a unanimous decision victory against Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. another former boxing champion whose best days are behind him. Paul (12-1, 7 KOs) is now riding a six-fight winning streak since losing a split decision to journeyman boxer and reality star Tommy Fury in February 2023. With his victory over Chavez, Paul could enter take a step closer to his professed goal of fighting for a world title by entering the WBC cruiserweight rankings at 200 pounds, or he could try to avenge his loss to Fury.

Jon Kohler of Jon Kohler & Associates, who co-listed the property with Walter Hatchett, compared the significance of the sale to owning a sports franchise. “Southlands is an institution; it’s like owning your own professional football team,” Kohler told Mansion Global. “You get history, culture and traditions, and you’re a land steward dictating its future.”

The ranch includes a newly renovated 4,884-square-foot main lodge with eight bedrooms, five bathrooms and one half bath. The grounds also boasts a collection of updated outbuildings, including a four-stall barn for horseback and quail hunting, a manager’s house and guesthouse, a pavilion, an equipment shed, a workshop and a cooler facility for game processing.

In a Facebook post announcing the blockbuster purchase, Kohler further described Paul’s Georgia ranch as “one of America’s most iconic sporting properties. From its roots with Herbert Stoddard, a legacy dating back to 1937, to its years as International Paper’s flagship property, Southlands has long been a crown jewel of American land stewardship—and with Jake Paul’s passion and commitment to conservation, its future has never been brighter,” the post said.

Still a chart fixture years after its release, Keuning and the Vegas-born Killers shot to fame with 2004’s “Mr. Brightside,” and the award-winning musician has done well for himself in the years since (to say the least), as have The Killers across an array of seven studio albums (including a recent live vinyl released alongside Bruce Springsteen).

Keuning has certainly enjoyed the fruits of stardom, and bought the 6-bedroom, 8-bathroom property alongside his wife about four years ago for $9.6 million. The purchase is among of a slew of real estate deals by the globetrotting rock star in recent years (he previously lived in a Los Feliz home purchased in 2018 for about $5 million).

Working with David Parnes, Sam Collins, and James Harris of Carolwood Estates, the Outpost Estates property has all the trappings a rock star might need, and then some, including “expansive” outdoor entertaining areas, a barbecue area and a theater room.

Situated behind a gated entry and billed in the listing as “a study in architectural brilliance and warm, contemporary sophistication,” the property features ornate touches aplenty, including brass chandeliers, original wood beams and a grand double-height foyer.

Tiered gardens, a freeform pool and a fire pit lounge accent an interior filled with white marble countertops and brass fixtures within its eight well-appointed bathrooms. Its lighting fixtures throughout were hand-selected in Europe, giving the property a “a luminous atmosphere that evokes a sense of otherworldly calm,” according to its listing. Two levels deliver 8,300 square feet of space for the guitarist, who’s also released two records as a solo artist under his own last name. Once a permanent fixture of the band, Keuning now tours with The Killers on a limited schedule, often playing festivals and occasionally, headlining arenas like Madison Square Garden.

Befitting a world-famous rock star, a detached studio situated in the hillside features a private sound booth and top-of-the-line recording equipment, and dual garages deliver expert space for a stylish ride or two. A large formal living space boasts floor-to-ceiling windows and black steel French doors delivering panoramic views of the L.A. skyline. while a nearby living is punctuated by a tin ceiling sunflower motif for an air of “vintage opulence.”

The customizing brains at Brabus are taking cues from Mercedes, Pagani and Bentley in launching branded luxury real estate. Except instead of erecting opulent Miami high rises like the aforementioned factory automakers, the German car tuner and modifier is developing an entire island in Abu Dhabi. Developed in close collaboration with Cosmo, a subsidiary of developer Reportage Properties, Brabus Island spans over 1,000,000 square feet in the UAE capital’s prestigious Al Seef District, Al Raha Beach, just minutes away from Zayed International Airport and an hour from Dubai. It includes four high-rise residential towers featuring 350 luxury apartments—two-, three- and four-bedroom units ranging from 1,150 to 5,000 square feet—and 100 villas, including twin villas, townhouses and beach villas.

According to Brabus, “the architecture fuses contemporary, minimalist architectural silhouettes with the striking, progressive brand character of Brabus, standing as a bold addition to Abu Dhabi’s skyline and an undeniable visual statement.” Contributing to that progressive characters is a modular interior design approach beginning with three distinct colorways that will be familiar to fans of Brabus-overhauled G-Wagons and motorboats— Black and Bold, White Bliss and Gray Haven.

Albuquerque TV station KOB4 reports that while Zillow estimates the 1,900-square-foot house would typically sell for under $350,000, the owners of the TV-famous property are hoping to get nearly ten times that for a cultural artifact that could be transformed into a buzzy Airbnb or museum.

Joanne Quintana, who owns the residence with her siblings, told the local news station that her late parents Fran and Louis Padilla bought the home in 1973. They decided to sell the house after 52 years due to the rigors of protecting the property from pesky Breaking Bad fans.

Quintana said that they would average 300 cars per day filled with superfans of the AMC series that has been called “the best show ever”, including some who clearly didn’t respect the family’s boundaries.

“Around 4:30 in the morning, the doorbell rang, my mom got up and opened the door, and it was a package,” she recalled, adding that the package was addressed to Walter White. After calling the bomb squad, the family later had a security fence built around the property. And the weirdness didn’t stop there: A “Speedo-wearing man” once paid the family $1,000 to swim in their pool, and other fans were duped by scammers into thinking that they could spend a night there.

“This was our family home from 1973, almost 52 years. So we’re going to walk away with just our memories. It’s time to move on. We’re done. There’s no reason to fight anymore,” Quintana said. “I hope they make it what the fans want. They want a BnB, they want a museum, they want access to it. Go for it.”

A special New York City activation earlier this year already converted a Big Apple townhouse into a supercar-stocked locale worthy of Batman’s megarich alter-ego, courtesy of supercar maker Pininfarina. But this three-bedroom, three-bathroom single-family home adds yet another dark dimension to Batman-inspired style.

The South Winchester Avenue listing is billed by Christie’s as “one of the most sophisticated single family homes in all of Chicago,” with a laundry list of specs to match.

The listing is a “bow-truss industrial warehouse rehabbed into a work of art,” Christie’s notes, complete with plenty of blacked-out, luxe interior finishings and design detailing. It includes a bit of everything, from an artist studio to an open floor plan across its 7,400-square foot space. 40-foot glass doors open onto an impressive backyard, complete with built-in seating and a custom, handsome fire pit (in black, naturally).

Custom steel cabinetry and door frames are complemented in elegant, minimal-yet-luxurious fashion by  Venetian plastered walls and gallery lighting, giving the listing a modern, handsome flair. Its own privacy hedge and door system adds a sense of mystery to the $2.5 million listing, in addition to direct garage access. The garage access itself might prove more than suitable for a supercar in the style of Bruce Wayne, as luck would have it.

Christie’s also bills the listing as “unlike anything you will ever see,” perhaps aside from a big-screen version of the Batcave itself (Christian Bale no doubt approves). The space, as Christie’s notes, was “custom designed by (a) nationally renowned designer with an eye towards details,” evident across the property. Few can live like Bruce Wayne, but this listing grounds his envy-inducing lifestyle in real-world, impressive fashion (for a price, of course).

Instead of merely walking on the wild side, future residents of these stylish luxury condos will live on it.

Located in Miami’s trendy Wynwood neighborhood—a desirable Magic City district in which Spotify, Live Nation and Sony Music have recently opened hubs—the so-called “Rider at Wynwood” condominium complex will reside at 94 NE 29th Street, just a stone’s throw away from Biscayne Bay and a minutes-long drive to Miami Beach. Coincidentally, it’s also about 15-minute jaunt from Hyde Beach nightclub, where Maxim hosts a fun-filled Grand Prix party on May 3 (Buy tickets here.)

Fully furnished studios and 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom residences measuring between 511 and 1,612 square feet will be available from $600,000 to $1.8 million-plus. But buyers are getting a lot more than an apartment and a front desk attendant.

That all sounds great, if not somewhat optimistic given that ground has yet to be broken. But the pedigree of The Rider at Wynwood’s developer, Miami’s Rilea Group, inspires confidence.

The firm previously built and sold out The Bond on Brickell, a 44-story, 328-unit residential skyscraper that J.P. Morgan’s Miami branch now calls home, as well as One Broadway luxury apartment tower and the Sabadell Financial Center. All three stand tall in the city’s venerated Brickell Financial District, nicknamed “Wall Street South.”

Construction of The Rider at Wynwood is expected to conclude in 2026.

Ruido Callejero Music founders and current homeowners Nahim Jorge Bonilla and Melissa Granda are asking for a very cool $16.39 million for the 6-bedroom, 6,321-square-foot home in Aventura (north of Miami), which is listed by Janet Ben Zvi with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty.

The buyers have leveled up since 2020, after buying the house for $4.8 million that year. Khaled himself bought the 24,000-square-foot property for $3.84 million in 20215, then put about $2.5 million into the house.

Chief among those investments? A very impressive, DJ Khaled-approved, 1,000-square-foot sneaker closet with handsome wood shelving and space for more than 500 pairs of sneakers.

One would also be remiss not to mention three 14-karat-gold Swarovski crystal chandeliers, which are among previous DJ Khaled renovations that remain intact.

The Mediterranean-style villa boasts lavish designs and architectural detailing throughout, befitting a hip-hop icon known for his love of the finer things in life (including the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak).

The space also includes a well-appointed private theater, a bamboo grove and an impressive master bedroom.

Looking to cruise to and from the elegant Florida property with ease? The property even comes complete with a 50-foot boat dock.

30-foot ceilings, a gourmet chef’s kitchen, a cabana and marble and walnut floors also round out the property in striking fashion. One might say that if it’s good enough for DJ Khaled, as it once was, then a lucky new buyer will find plenty to love about this Aventura estate.

The $1 billion tower, being developed by architectural firm Foster + Partners, is a headline-stealer in its own right even well ahead of its planned 2029 completion date. Plans for the vibrant office and mixed-use tower boast a next-level spiral design, offset and interspersed by vibrant foliage, blossoms and trees.

Its striking design is an understatement, as it also boasts 360-degree views of everything L.A. has to offer, from the iconic Hollywood sign out to the breathtaking Pacific Coast (all through floor-to-ceiling windows, naturally).

Well over 500,000 square feet of office space sits at the heart of plans for the stupendous structure, but The Star will also feature plenty to draw in the surrounding community.

Indoor and outdoor workspaces are also meant to take advantage of the city’s near-300 days of sunshine annually.

Those same spiral gardens are set to run from the ground level up to an impressive rooftop restaurant. An art gallery, a production space, community spaces and even a very Hollywood-centric screening theater are also included in plans for The Star.

The design itself is almost difficult to fathom, as if scenes from the 2010s indie heartbreaker Her (set in a version of Los Angeles in the not-so-distant feature) have been brought to life.

And in a city filled with legendary landmarks of its own, it’s anyone’s guess as to how The Star will cement itself in the Hollywood of the future.

Or rather, the not-so-distant future: Construction is set to start in 2026, and perhaps by 2029, Tinseltown will have a new skyline icon to crown.
